CargoPoint Donates Equipment to Ten Medical Facilities in Tashkent Region
As part of a charitable initiative, CargoPoint has donated wheelchairs and stretchers to district and city medical institutions in Tashkent Region

TASHKENT, Uzbekistan – November 6, 2026
Uzbekistan-based freight forwarding company CargoPoint conducted a charity campaign as part of its corporate social responsibility program. The beneficiaries were ten medical facilities in Tashkent Region providing inpatient and emergency medical care to residents of the region.
The company donated two wheelchairs and two stretchers to each facility for patient transfer and care. The equipment is designed for moving individuals with reduced mobility and organizing daily care in medical settings.
Support was provided to the Tashkent Regional Multidisciplinary Medical Center in Chirchiq, Bostanlyk District Medical Association (DMA), Bekabad DMA, Chinaz DMA, Angren City Medical Association (CMA), Almalyk CMA, Zangiata DMA, Parkent DMA, Tashkent DMA, and Nurafshan CMA.
The recipients represent regional, district, and city levels of healthcare. Among them are facilities providing 24/7 emergency care, as well as inter-district centers specializing in trauma and acute cerebrovascular care. The support aims to equip medical institutions and support inpatient care.

Delivering Aid Where It Matters Most
According to CargoPoint, the assistance was tailored to meet the practical needs of the recipients. Primary focus was placed on outfitting facilities with patient transfer and care equipment. This targeted approach allows addressing specific beneficiary needs such as mobility, room equipment, and care delivery conditions. The company believes that durable equipment designed for long-term use yields a more sustainable and meaningful impact than one-off financial aid.
"We strive to ensure that our support makes a tangible difference where it is needed most. Donating this equipment is a contribution to the daily work of medical professionals and the improvement of patient care conditions," noted CargoPoint CEO Bahtiyar Nomozbaev.
The company attributes its selection of this charity format to the potential for long-term equipment use. It remains at the disposal of medical institutions and can be used to care for various patients over time.
The charity initiative received logistics support from CargoPoint’s supply chain partner, YTO International, which facilitated the overland transportation of the equipment from China to Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Future Charitable Initiatives
CargoPoint conducts similar events annually as part of its long-term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. The company plans to further expand its engagement in charitable and social initiatives by regularly allocating resources to support the most vulnerable populations as well as regional medical and social institutions. The core emphasis remains on targeted practical assistance, supplying high-quality specialized equipment, and implementing solutions that deliver sustainable positive long-term impact.
