🚨 Market Signal

Geopolitical instability and shifting trade dynamics are accelerating the development of alternative Eurasian logistics corridors across both air and rail networks.

China–Europe cargo flows are increasingly being redirected through Kazakhstan and the Middle Corridor as tensions in the Middle East continue to impact maritime reliability and regional airspace operations. At the same time, Central Asian carriers are expanding regional connectivity, while Uzbekistan continues strengthening its international aviation network through new long-haul partnerships and growing transit relevance.

In this edition, we explore how rising China–Europe transit demand via Kazakhstan, expanding cargo operations by Kyrgyz and Tajik carriers, and new international air links from Uzbekistan are reinforcing Central Asia’s strategic role in Eurasian logistics and aviation connectivity.
